Jurlique Citrus Hand Cream = Yum!

One of my favorite scents is citrus. It lifts my mood and makes me feel fresh and juicy! So when I had the opportunity to try Jurlique’s Citrus Hand Cream, I jumped at the chance. Jurlique is a natural skincare line made of organic, biodynamic ingredients. Although I’m not strictly an organic girl, I do generally prefer products without dangerous chemicals (don’t we all?). Still, organic products often cost more than their chemical-laden competitors, so the question is, is Jurlique worth the price tag?
In my opinion, YES. This rich protective hand cream with tangerine, mandarin and lemon, deeply moisturises and restores smoothness to my skin, which is often dry and sometimes flaky (eew). The smell is intoxicating, though I don’t recommend it for those who are sensitive to scent. The citrus smell sort of reminds me of Pledge, but in the best way possible! The cream is rich and luxurious, and since a little goes a long way, it’s not really that expensive! In a world of layoffs and financial strain, a luxurious hand cream like this goes a long way.

Summertime is here, and I’m more than ready for the vibrant makeup and glowing skin. And thankfully, our favorite cosmetic lines are happy to oblige. Check out my current cravings for July 2010!
